I received a phone call around 4:29 AM informing me that Zyane Antonay Williams had passed away in a car crash on her way home from NIU College.

 

No parent is ever ready for the loss of a child. Even though she passed away on September 17, 2020, Zyane and I shared the birth and creation of P.W.P.T.A.O.S. I felt it was my duty to complete the mission and share our vision with the rest of the world.

 

Zyane, affectionately known as "Zy", "Melo Daughter", or "Mini Me" by her loved ones, achieved an impressive academic feat. She began her educational journey at Chaney-Monge School in Crest Hill, Illinois and graduated in 2016. She continued her academic success at Joliet Catholic Academy (JCA) and graduated in 2020 with outstanding achievements. Despite facing various challenges, she tenaciously completed her studies at the Young Visionaries College Prep Academy and received acceptance from multiple prestigious universities, along with scholarship offers totaling over $100,000.

 

After careful consideration, Zyane decided to pursue her academic aspirations at Northern Illinois University, majoring in Business Management. Known for her warm and sociable nature, infectious laughter, and quick wit, Zyane is highly regarded for her stylish flair and confidence. Her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity have led her to embark on numerous exciting ventures, earning her a wide circle of cherished friends and honorary siblings.

 

P.W.P.T.A.O.S. stands for "Politics With People That Are On Something."
